Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic service from Lake and team. We found parquet wood flooring under our carpets in our home and Lake restored them beautifully! Respectfully showed up on time and did everything within just over half a day. They were very knowledgeable and gave us instructions on how to look after it. Also very helpful around the house giving tips on various other areas of the house, including showing us how to clean off some leftover glue on some of our laminate flooring elsewhere in the house and showed us what solution to use. After we spent hours of trying to remove the glue, he picked up a solution from a van and just wiped it off in a few seconds; they really know their stuff! Really went the extra mile!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lake and his colleague were absolutely amazing! Blue eyeshadow had been spilt all over my brand new cream carpet and I thought it would never come out. Lake and his colleague came along and had it looking like new in 30 minutes! I could not recommend them enough! I will definitely be using them again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I asked Lake and Shinemaster to clean two rugs for me. One was rather badly stained due to the pets. He has managed to make them look like new! I am super impressed and would definitely use Lake and his team again. Fabulous job x
